    Seafoam

    Need a kettle/pot and a candy thermometer

    1 Cup White Sugar
    1 Cup Dark Karo Syrup
    1 Tbsp Vinegar

    Stir these three ingredients together and cook until they reach 300 degrees.

    Have 1 Tbsp. of baking soda ready and stir until well mixed with other three ingredients.  Pour onto greased cookie sheet.

    Once hardened, break/crack into pieces (kind of like peanut brittle).
