  • We are currently looking for participants for a study of parenting stress, social support, and sleep. Participants will be asked to complete a survey that takes approximately 30 minutes and asks about the stress of parenting a child with diabetes and your interactions in online diabetes forums like this one. For each person who completes the survey, a $5 donation will be made to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation). We are seeking 100 parents to participate.

In order to take part in this research, your child must have Type 1 Diabetes, must live with you at least 50% of the time, and you much be primarily responsible for their diabetes care. You must also be a member of an online forum for Type 1 Diabetes, like this one, for at least one month.

If you are interested in participating, please click on the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2012DiabetesParent

  • All done.
I wasnt sure though how to answer the questions about if you "think" they are low or high..  or something phrased like that.  I would not do anything but TEST then react appropriately but unless i was reading it wrong that wasn't one of the options.
