  • Does anyone else bristle when they see a recipe posted on Pinterest, Facebook, etc. that claims to be 'sugar free' but contains raisins, bananas, dates, etc?

  • I have a friend on FB that posts those "diabetic friendly" recipes all the time and tags her sister who has type 2. Drives me crazy!

  • I see sugar free banana bread all the time.

    Cake.

Who wants to eat sugar free bread or cake, and really 1 cup of sugar isn't going to make or break the carbs in either.

  • My MIL was drinking a bottled drink that said zero carbs but had pineapple juice in the ingredients, how is that possible?
